Caponi-McLean Group Benefits is the evolution of a relationship that started in the late 1990s between the DF Caponi Insurance Agency and Moore-McLean Corporate Insurance. Dennis Caponi Sr. and Daryn McLean saw the perfect blending of their talents to serve the needs of each other's clients. DF Caponi Insurance Agency was able to provide the clients of Moore-McLean with their knowledge and experience in group benefits and compensation arrangements, and Moore-McLean was able to offer a variety of risk management and commercial insurance solutions to the clients of DF Caponi.

When the Moore-McLean Insurance Group purchased Dale and Morrow Insurance Limited in 2008, they wanted to expand their current business abilities by combining Craig Griffith's group benefits knowledge and relationships with the actuarial abilities of Anthony Feher at DF Caponi.

Now, under the joint leadership of Dennis Caponi, Sr. as President and Daryn McLean as Chairman, Caponi-McLean Group Benefits is one of the largest private group advisory companies in the GTA.
